Licensing Process

The licensing process follows these basic steps:

Decide on your authorisations and choose your responsible managers.
Collate documents for people proofs.
Complete the application form FSO1 and draft your core proofs.
Submit your FSO1 and lodge your core proofs with ASIC.  Arrange PI and EDRS membership.
Respond to any queries or requests for further information from ASIC.
Draft licence issued by ASIC.
Final licence issued by ASIC.

Our aim is to provide you with resources for each step of the process.  By utilising the tools on this site,  you will have the resources necessary to apply for a limited AFS licence and draft the required core proofs to accompany your application.

Note - although this shows the steps to obtain a limited AFS licence,  the steps are very similar for a full AFS licence.
